We don’t make a lot of promises – we just do. I’m not a big fan of telling our clients we’re going to do this or we’re going to do that. What we like to do is show our client what we do. Our job at Shook & Stone is to get the maximum recovery for each and every client. And that means we have to use everything at our disposal in order to recover. We use everything we are as attorneys and as people to do that. Sometimes, a claim will settle before litigation. And sometimes, we have to look at the other insurance company and tell them, “No. We will not accept an undervalued settlement or recovery for this client.” And we have to fight, and we have to litigate. And we will do that if it’s necessary to get what our client deserves.
