Gabe was a student editor for the nationally recognized textbook, Law and Religion, Cases and Materials. Throughout law school,

Gabe worked for a personal injury law firm and a civil rights law firm, learning and honing the skills he brings to court every day for his clients.

After graduating and passing the bar exam, Gabe began his career as an insurance defense attorney. In this role, learned how insurance companies litigate cases in various state and federal courts throughout Nevada.

The insight he gained made the transition to a plaintiff’s attorney easier. As a plaintiff’s attorney, Gabe has had tremendous success both in and out of the courtroom. Gabe is an experienced trial attorney as well as a zealous advocate in nonbinding arbitrations.

As a Workers’ Compensation attorney at Shook & Stone, Gabe brings the same determination and keen attention to detail which made him so successful in his trials.

Gabe is currently licensed before all Nevada state courts, the Federal District Court for the District of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
