No purchase of our services or any product is necessary to enter this giveaway. It is open to all qualifying members of the public under the following rules:

Prize Details

One fill-up, limited to a maximum of $50, of Regular Unleaded Gasoline only will be awarded as a prize to each of the first 200 Nevada residents over the age of 18 driving a private, non-commercial passenger vehicle entering the location where the Shook & Stone Gas Giveaway will be held.

Commercial vehicles will not qualify.

A total of 200 prizes will be awarded.

All participants are limited to one fill-up with a maximum value of $50.

Eligibility

Anyone may enter, provided that all participants must be Nevada residents over the age of 18. Employees or family members of Shook & Stone and any participating media partners are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period

The Shook & Stone Gas Giveaway will commence on the day of the giveaway and will end the same day when the 200th participant receives their prize. In the event that 200 participants do not arrive at the location on the date of the giveaway before 6:15 PM PST, only the participants arriving before that time will be eligible. The promotion will end at that time.

Notification and Location

We will announce the date and location of the giveaway on our website, social media, or by other means at our sole discretion prior to the event.

Entry Process

There is no fee to enter. No purchase is necessary. No entry forms are required. Participants will be chosen strictly in the chronological order that they reach the giveaway location and notify us that they wish to be included.

Note: The value of the prize depends on the vehicle's tank capacity and current fuel levels. All participants are capped at $50. Substitutions, assignments, or requests for cash equivalents are not permitted.

Data Privacy and Marketing

You may have the option to be added to our email marketing list, which you may opt out of at any time. Opting out of emails will not affect your eligibility for the giveaway.

When you provide your email to us, data is stored and processed at Shook & Stone's locations in the United States. We may use your contact information to send notifications regarding our services or other promotions. Other than as provided in these rules, your Data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Taxes and Liability

Taxes: Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may result from winning.

Social Media Release: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, or LinkedIn. By accepting the prize, you release these platforms from any liability related to this giveaway.

General Release: Shook & Stone will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from your participation. By accepting this prize, you release Shook & Stone and all affiliates from any liability, including personal injury or property damage, whether arising under contract or tort.

Governing Law and Venue

Any dispute arising under these rules shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Venue for any and all claims shall be exclusively before a court in Clark County, Nevada.

Media and Publicity

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Shook & Stone to use your appearance in photographs and videos taken at the event for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation.

You irrevocably grant the firm the perpetual right to use your likeness in connection with the marketing and promotion of Shook & Stone.

You may be given the option to be interviewed or featured as a central figure. You may opt out of such featured appearances without affecting your eligibility for the gasoline prize.

General Conditions

Technical Difficulties: Shook & Stone reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice if unforeseen technical or safety issues arise.

Endorsements: The choice of gas station or fuel brand does not imply a partnership or endorsement between the firm and the fuel provider.

Severability: If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Rules shall remain in full effect.

Your participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Rules. All decisions by Shook & Stone are final and binding.
