How do you find out if your claim has been accepted? Typically, the first step is that you will receive a letter from the insurance company or a third party administrator. That letter is required to go out within 30 days after a C-4 form is filed. Sometimes an insurance company won’t respond within 30 days and deny benefits essentially. That’s where we come in. If you are denied workers’ compensation or do not receive a letter within that first 30 day period, call us. We can file an appeal to a hearing officer and get your claim accepted.
