If your disability claim is accepted, there are two things that are going to happen to you that are going to be important. The first is that you are going to get a monthly benefit – as much as $2,500 a month. That money is obviously going to be very important to you.
The second is you are going to get health insurance coverage. It is going to be Medicare coverage. This insurance allows you to continue getting the health treatment that you obviously need. Medicare is better than many other types of coverage. There are a lot of doctors, for example, that won’t take Medicaid.
