The fact is we don’t know how long it will take for a case to fully resolve. The reason why is because we need to identify how serious your injuries are, get the records together, and ultimately present them to an insurance company. If the insurance company chooses not to pay a fair amount to settle a claim, we are forced to go to trial. If they want to continue to deny responsibility for their actions, the case can last a while. We rarely know how aggressively the other side is going to fight a claim. So we can only guess. If they are simple claims, we can use our historical knowledge and tell you oftentimes the claim will settle this amount of times if it doesn’t go to court.
