Typically, your employer will have a poster up that will list the name of the third party administrator or the insurance company that is handling your claim. If you cannot locate that, you can call us, and we will be happy to look it up for you. Initially, if you have a serious injury that requires emergency care, you can go to any emergency room. But after that, you have an obligation to go to a doctor that is contracted with your employer to treat industrial injuries. There is some flexibility in that regard. Within the first 90 days, you have the right to choose a doctor who is on the list of approved providers.
