John B. Shook
John Shook one of the founding partners at Shook & Stone, has over 18 years of legal experience. He is an expert in managing complex trial cases, ensuring clients receive excellent representation.

Leonard H. Stone
Leonard Stone is a founding partner of Shook & Stone, and has spent more than 29 years handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving commercial vehicles, pedestrians, industrial or construction accidents, as well as dangerous conditions of public and private property. Mr. Stone has been licensed to practice law in Nevada since 1995, acting as lead counsel on many multi-million dollar personal injury cases during the course of his career over three decades.
Mr. Stone is involved in local, statewide and national bar associations and public interest groups, serving multiple terms as a member of the Board of the Nevada Justice Association (“NJA”). He currently serves as Chair of the NJA’s Leadership Development, Ethics, Membership committees, and the Trial Lawyers Cares Committee, which engages in good works throughout the State of Nevada. He currently serves as Secretary on the Executive Committee for the NJA, and is in line to become President of the Association. Mr. Stone has testified before the State’s governing bodies in favor of consumer oriented litigation, and supports candidates that believe in protecting our civil liberties.
