John Funk

John Funk was born and raised in rural Utah, where he graduated summa cum laude from Southern Utah University with double majors in Political Science and Psychology. Before attending law school, John worked for a community mental health agency, an experience that strengthened his commitment to helping individuals through difficult and often life-changing circumstances. He earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas.

After graduating from law school, John relocated to Las Vegas and has devoted his practice to representing individuals and families who have been harmed by negligence and wrongful conduct. His practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, slip and trip-and-fall accidents, medical malpractice, and civil rights litigation. John has represented clients in a wide range of complex cases involving catastrophic injuries, unsafe premises, negligent medical care, and constitutional violations. John is committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate advocacy while pursuing meaningful results for his clients.

Outside the office, John enjoys spending time with his family and friends and taking advantage of everything the West has to offer.
