At our firm, we have gone to trial many times, very successfully, and have achieved multi-million dollar verdicts. It is a skill unto itself. A client should not make the mistake, if they have a serious injury or disability claim, of retaining a law firm that does not understand what it means to go to trial, that does not possess the resources to go to trial, and that does not have attorneys on staff that are skilled enough to go to trial. We believe that we should always prepare for war. Because by ultimately preparing for that trial, giving the best possible case to our client, we’ll encourage settlement. Clients realize that we’re respected. We’re respected by the defense bar, we’re respected by the corporations, and the insurance companies because ultimately they know that if push comes to shove, they are in for a way. They are in for a fight, and sooner or later, they are going to pay.
