Leonard H. Stone
Proven experience. Relentless advocacy. Justice for the seriously injured and families who facing Wrongul Death.
Who I represent, and why it matters.
Leonard Stone began his legal career as an insurance defense attorney. That experience gave him firsthand insight into how insurers evaluate claims, how adjusters approach negotiations, and how defense attorneys prepare cases for trial. He now uses that knowledge to anticipate defense strategies and build stronger cases for injured people and their families.
Today, Leonard approaches litigation with careful preparation, strategic judgment, and relentless determination. His goal is to hold negligent parties accountable for the harm caused by their disregard for the safety of others. That commitment guides how he investigates, develops, negotiates, and prepares every case for trial.
A Nevada attorney since 1995 and a Super Lawyers honoree, Leonard has served as lead counsel in multimillion-dollar Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases involving commercial truck crashes, pedestrian fatalities, industrial accidents, and dangerous property conditions. He has successfully pursued claims against hotel-casinos, trucking companies, property owners, national retailers, and insurance carriers. Leonard is also a recognized member of The National Trial Lawyers and serves as Vice President of the Nevada Justice Association, where he advocates for injured people, consumer protections, and access to the civil justice system.
