Leonard H. Stone
Pursuing catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases with a calculated, relentless approach, because everyone deserves justice.
Who I represent, and why it matters.
Leonard Stone started his legal career on the other side, as an insurance defense attorney. He knows how carriers think, how adjusters work, and exactly what it takes to beat them at trial.
That inside knowledge drives his approach today. Leonard describes his litigation style as calculated and relentless, with the ultimate goal of holding tortfeasors accountable for the harms and losses resulting from their indifference to human life. It’s not a slogan, it’s how he prepares every case.
Over nearly three decades, he has served as lead counsel on multi-million dollar personal injury cases involving truck crashes, pedestrian fatalities, industrial accidents, dangerous property conditions, and more. He has taken on hotel casinos, trucking companies, property owners, retail chains, and insurance carriers, and made them pay.
Holding negligence accountable.

Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Every case is different.
Off the clock.
Leonard is deeply invested in the organizations that make Southern Nevada stronger. He has served multiple terms on the Board of the Nevada Justice Association, currently chairs its Leadership Development, Ethics, Membership, and Trial Lawyers Cares committees, and serves as Secretary of the NJA Executive Committee, positioning him to become the Association’s next President.
He has testified before Nevada’s governing bodies in favor of consumer-oriented litigation and supports candidates who believe in protecting civil liberties.
Leonard served as Chairman of the Board of Jewish Nevada, is a Past-President of the Jewish Community Center of Southern Nevada, and currently chairs the Hebrew Free Loan Committee, a nonprofit providing interest-free loans to people who need a hand up, not a handout.
Outside work, Leonard lives in Las Vegas with his wife Judith, their children Jonah and Ilana, two cats (Ozzy and Ace), and a Tibetan Terrier named Izzy. He is committed to healthy living, cultivating friendships, traveling, and chasing first tracks on a bluebird powder day.
The paperwork stuff.
