At our firm, we have gone to trial many times, very successfully, and have achieved multi-million dollar verdicts. It is a skill unto itself. A client should not make the mistake, if they have a serious injury or disability claim, of retaining a law firm that does not understand what it means to go to trial, that does not possess the resources to go to trial, and that does not have attorneys on staff that are skilled enough to go to trial.
