In fact, our Nevada clients and colleagues are likely aware of the Governor’s recent mandate that all non-essential businesses close for a period of thirty (30) days.  Fortunately, law firms such as our own are recognized as essential businesses because of the critical services we provide to injured and disabled people.   Please note that we will remain open during this crisis, but wish to advise you of precautionary measures we are taking to protect the health, well-being, and safety of our firm’s members, their families, our clients, and our community. We have developed a plan that includes enhancements to our already established remote work capabilities, enabling our attorneys and staff to continue to be responsive to your needs throughout this crisis.
