Ms. Steinhaus joined Shook & Stone in 2010 as a Social Security Disability Associate. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ms. Steinhaus was practicing law in Chicago, Illinois with a focus on personal injury and domestic relations. While in Chicago, Ms.. Steinhaus exhibited a strong commitment to her community as she volunteered at the C.A.R.P.L.S. Clinic providing free advice regarding Landlord/Tenant issues and domestic Relations matters. She also volunteered for the annual Susan G. Komen Walk for the Cure, AIDS Foundation of Chicago annual Run & Walk and Proud to Run until she relocated to Las Vegas. Ms. Steinhaus now shows her commitment to her community be assisting Clark County residents in receiving the Social Security Disability benefits they deserve.
Ms. Steinhaus received her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Economics with a minor in Finance from the University of Louisville in 2003. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2006. While at Chicago-Kent, Ms. Steinhaus was an active member in the Moot Court Honor Society, competing in competitions throughout the U.S.
Ms. Steinhaus is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Nevada.
