Qualifying Conditions

Qualifying Medical Conditions / Disabilities

Are You Eligible to Receive SSD Benefits?

Qualifying for Social Security disability (SSD) benefits will require applicants to meet a number of requirements, the most important of which is their medical condition or disability. The Social Security Administration will evaluate applications and medical evidence closely to determine if your condition prevents you from working and entitles you to benefits. The SSA uses a strict definition of disability and uses a multi-phase process when analyzing your conditions. You can read more about qualifying for SSD benefits on our website.
